Tonning Properties was founded with one aim: to raise the standard of social housing accommodation. On one side, people waiting for somewhere safe to live. On the other, landlords who wanted nothing to do with the sector because of how their property might be managed.
We built a model where landlords feel secure, respected and valued, and where residents are given a home with dignity attached to it. Working closely with local authorities keeps the experience straightforward for everyone involved.
